I recently had my gas hob installed by Ramin, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly before beginning the work, ensured all safety checks were completed thoroughly, and left the area spotless when the job was done. What stood out most was Ramin’s attention to detail and his respectful, courteous attitude. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering a high-quality result. The hob is working perfectly, and I feel confident knowing it was installed by someone so competent and trustworthy. If I could give this company more stars, l absolutely would! From the start, the process was great and efficient. I called with an emergency drainage issue that 4 sets of engineers from different companies didn't fix property and needed repairing weeks later. Amir Qome and Mohsen arrived within 20 minutes of calling the company. From the start, Amir would text me when they were 15 minutes away, and sent me pictures and videos of every important step of what they were doing. They put in temporary safety measures before arriving the next day. They completed a very fragile and complex job in only 4.5 hours. The price for their service is lower than any of the previous invoices I've had to pay with other companies. Communication with Amir and Mohsen was very easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Emergency Plumbing Service! We had an unexpected leak and called Ninja plumbers Fulham’s Amir for an emergency call-out. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, and even went out to get the necessary parts to ensure the job was completed properly. Not only did he fix the leak efficiently, but he also kindly fitted our drain while he was here! The service was professional, friendly, and thorough, and he really went the extra mile to help us out. A rare find these days. Alion from Ninj Plumbers has carried out two jobs for me and I can honestly say his professionalism, respect, understanding and communication and fair pricing is second to none - simply outstanding. On both occasions they were last minute requests and there was no difficulty in booking me in. All jobs were talked through and Alion shared his thoughts and advice which was delivered in a way to understand your requirements and not just charge you unnecessarily for something you don’t need. Mason was amazing in helping me deal with an issue with my boiler and shower. I’m currently in Asia with no one in my flat so he liaised with my neighbour to complete the job very quickly and to a high standard. We had an unrelated issue with water ingress from our roof and he even came back out free of charge to double check it was nothing to do with the plumbing. Thank you mason! Update: when I needed help to understand how to use my boiler on my return Mason came back free of charge, made sure it was working and showed me how to use it. very friendly and efficient. ~ Isabelle N

“Mason managed a complete bathroom fitting including plumbing and tiling. I'm completely renovating my flat, so whilst only a small bathroom, there was a lot of work needed to make the old kitchen a bathroom! Mason is a really great man - very responsive, hardworking and personable. He is a great plumber and did a great job. There was an issue with some of the tiling (subcontracted), but Mason really went out of his way to get this fixed and ensure that I was 100% happy with the final result. I had a flood in my Bathroom 2 weeks ago caused by faulty new taps. I phoned Mason at 10pm at night and he was came around within 20 minutes. Thankfully he stopped the flood as this could have caused serious damage to my property as well as causing damage to the flat below me. He removed the faulty taps and took them back to the shop I bought them in. The shop replaced the faulty taps and Mason fitted the new ones. I am so grateful to Mason for coming around that night. Really great experience with this company fitting a new toilet. They were able to come within a couple of days and the final job is great quality. Max was as extremely kind and flexible, especially as the first toilet we’d wanted turned out to be too big. He was very understanding and came back an hour later with a smaller one, staying into the evening to fit it. We’d had a small leak too and he took the time to heat dry the floor and reseal everything. Highly recommended for a pain free experience! ~ Scott S

What a great experience on both occasions. Ninja Plumbers were prompt and attended to my underfloor heating issues immediately and resolved the problem. When a different concern arose on a Saturday evening with no heating , they attended again and resolve the small problem immediately. I don’t believe any other company will be able to provide a service like they did especially on a Saturday evening!! We were about to go to sleep when we heard rushing water in the middle of the night. My wardrobe was all wet and our storage downstairs was flooded all because of a water leakage 😭 I found this company on Google and saw the reviews so we just went for it. He arrived 30 mins and fixed the problem. He also made sure that the problem is fixed before leaving. He provided the invoice and explained the prices we were paying. I called Ninja Plumber Fulham after we experienced a blockage in our kitchen sink. Mason (Mo) picked up my call immediately and assured me that he would be there as soon as possible. Less than 20 minutes later he arrived at our home with his colleague Roman who identified the issue and resolved the issue as quickly as it took them to get to us! We experienced a bad odour in the kitchen the next day and Mason was quick to respond with DIY solutions via message regardless of the time. Today, our dishwasher broke and although luck was not on our side for appliances, it certainly was when it came to Mason and Roman’s help. They kindly went out of their way at 8pm after they had finished for the day to fix the issue, once again in a very efficient and professional way. They even went so far as to not charge us for this visit which we are beyond grateful for. I could not recommend a company more highly. I had an amazing experience with Amir Qome Plumber. He came out right away, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. His work was fantastic, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. On top of that, his prices were very fair and affordable. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest, and efficient. Following an issue encountered when I moved into my new apartment, they stepped in urgently and carried out a complete repair of the bathroom, as well as fixing other parts of the property. Alion came around to help me fix my shower. He was quick and accommodating 👍🏼. A little expensive, but I’m happy to pay for a good service. EDIT: I’m changing my review from 4 star to 5 star. My boiler lost pressure this morning (I thought it was because of the plumbing work I had done to my shower yesterday) so I called Ninja plumbers back to let them know the issue. The owner was here WITHIN THE HOUR, fixed my boiler, and didn’t even charge me because it was such a quick fix. 10/10. ~ Simone C

Ninja Plumbers are the best !! They have done quite hard and a complex job of changing two old water cylinders and fixing the connections to the heating and plumbing system of the house in a very professional way and what they charged me for the job was very reasonable. They took away the old cylinders and cleaned very well throughly after finishing the work. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who would consider giving them a job. ~ Celal C

I’m so grateful for Mohsen and his team. My boiler broke down suddenly on a sunday and they responded very quickly, replacing it the next day and making sure everything was safe. Mohsen went out of his way to make sure I had heating, hot water, and even suggested and provided a carbon monoxide detector for extra safety. We had a serious leak in our bathroom, and had no idea where it was coming from. Mahyar showed up less than an hour after we called, he pinpointed the problem (unrelated to our piping) and explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. Woke up this morning to find leak coming from under my kitchen sink. Called Ninja plumbers and they sent someone within the hour to W14. Alion was able to identify the leak and fix it quickly. He was also very tidy and a nice guy. Also upfront, fair prices. This is the first time I’ve used Ninja and I’m very impressed. We had an issue with our kitchen sink and were able to get it fixed on the same day for a fair price. Unfortunately, we realised after a week that there was still a leak which was due to a faulty replacement part. Again, Ninja plumbers came in on that day to fix the issue and change the part free of charge. We really appreciated the promptness of the service and Alion was very kind and professional. Mohsen from Ninja Plumbers did a great job installing my dishwasher. He modified the connecting hoses as original too short ! And adapted pipe work so all fits fine now under the sink everything went in well no probs at all. Very polite, calm , and helpful man I am very happy with the work he did and thankful for such a good job and nice man. Will definitely call him again when I need a plumber ! 👍🙏 ~ Janet G
